How to Get Protein from Green Juicing?

Is it true that is enough protein in green juice?

We are conditioned to believe that we need an abundance of protein from animal and dairy sources; however, vegetables such as spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, carrots, turnip greens, collards, broccoli, sprouts, hemp, and chia seeds all contain healthy protein.

Many Americans consume twice the amount of protein needed to maintain a healthy body.

Excess protein puts a strain on the liver and kidneys because protein can’t be stored in the  body and is eliminated through those two organs.

Excessive protein consumption has been linked to certain cancers, including breast, colon, prostate, and pancreas.

Excessive protein can cause kidney disease and osteoporosis. Surprisingly, many people don’t know that vegetables contain protein.

Drinking a daily juice, or during a juice cleanse, you consume lots of greens and doing so should provide you with enough protein, even if you lead a physically active lifestyle.

There are many vegan and vegetarian athletes who build muscle from eating this way and juicing.
